Our volunteers will do their best to deliver your message in a timely fashion, however, delivery may be delayed by circumstances such as periods of high patient volume. Those messages received after business hours or on holidays or weekends will be delivered the following business day. Please note that due to the delivery method of this service, messages are not confidential. Therefore, this service should not be used for confidential communications or sensitive information.
