The LiveWell Center is a service of Forrest General, designed to help you make the most of your health. Some of these services require physician referral and are reimbursed by most insurance providers. Other services are self-referred and self-pay. The LiveWell Center is located at the Cloverleaf Medical Plaza at 5909 Highway 49, Suite 40 (next to Wal-Mart), in Hattiesburg.
