 Forrest General Wellness, a part of Forrest General's LiveWell Center, is a group of programs designed to improve your health and inspire you to take action for your overall wellness.
These programs are available to the entire community! Many local businesses are taking advantage of these programs for their employees. It has been proven that people who lead an active, healthy lifestyle do not get sick as often, and spend less time away from work. A healthy lifestyle also contributes to an improved disposition and outlook on life.
You must be 16 years of age or older to join Forrest General Wellness.

Forrest General Wellness

Hours:
- Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m.-8 p.m.
- Friday, 7 a.m.-1 p.m.

- Fitness room with cardio and strength training equipment
- Cardio room for various aerobic classes and personal training
- Body composition analyzer

Forrest General Wellness Gym at the LiveWell Center
5909 Highway 49 (next to Wal-Mart), Hattiesburg
Hours:
- Monday-Friday, 5:30 a.m.-8 p.m.
- Saturday, 7 a.m.-noon
Amenities:
- 16,000 square foot gym with treadmills, ellipticals, nusteps, bikes, rower, and 20 pieces of strength training equipment to develop all core muscle groups
- Indoor walking track
- Indoor heated therapeutic pool
- arthritis and cardio water classes
- Spacious cardio room for various level classes such as: chair aerobics, Silver Sneakers, Circuit Training and other specialized classes
- Swimsuit water extractor
